SAMATIC Armature Winding Robots

The Samatic Armature Winding Robots are automatically making the coils needed for the insertion into Straight or Skewed slots Armatures. Each coil has 1 to 4 conductors and the machine's outputs 2 coils every 20 seconds. These coils look like in Figure 1, and every one of their parameters/shape/size is easily programmed on the machine. There are 25 steps in the making of each coil- and all are carried out AUTOMATICALLY.

The fully programmable , SAMATIC 3100 makes 2 coils every 20 seconds, without a human touch. These coils are arranged into the ABLE inserter plate to make up the new armature.
